In August 2023, WEMBLEY MEDICAL organized its first team-building trip since the Covid pandemic. The entire staff, along with their families, enjoyed a meaningful vacation, fostering camaraderie within the company and relieving stress after many days of hard work.

On the first morning, everyone gathered before sunrise to help load essential items onto the two tour buses, departing as planned. Enthusiasm and energy were high as participants eagerly engaged in various games throughout the journey.

The first destination was the Wine Castle, a fascinating tourist spot. The impressive architecture immediately caught our attention. Inside, we listened to guides explain the wine production and storage processes, and of course, we enjoyed tasting and experiencing the flavors of the wines.

In the afternoon, we checked into our hotel as scheduled. Contrary to expectations that people might rest to recover, everyone excitedly gathered and fully engaged in the physical activities planned. It was truly impressive to see the enthusiastic participation in the team-building games on the sunny, windy, and sandy beaches of Phan Thiet.

In the evening, we all sat together to chat, listen, and share stories. As the night wore on and the beers flowed, conversations became more lively. Despite the brisk sea breeze, the warmth of our smiles was palpable.

After an action-packed day, everyone enjoyed a well-deserved rest the following day. Some relaxed in the cool waters of the swimming pool, others reveled in the crashing waves of the sea. Some families joined a tour to the famous Red Sand Dunes of Phan Thiet, while others lounged on the beach, savoring fresh coconut and the sea air.

Though the two-day trip was short, it significantly strengthened the bonds among the members of the WEMBLEY MEDICAL family.
