On December 5, 2025, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between the University of Health Sciences (UHS) – VNU-HCM and Wembley Medical Factory Joint Stock Company was successfully held, officially establishing a crucial strategic partnership between the two entities.

The signing event took place in a formal atmosphere, with the presence of representatives from the leadership of both organizations:

University of Health Sciences – VNU-HCM:

• Prof. Dr. Phan Bach Thang - Rector

• MSc. Nguyen Hoang Dung - Vice Rector

• And representatives from various departments and faculties.

WEMBLEY MEDICAL Factory Joint Stock Company:

• Mr. Le Ngoc Tam - Senior Advisor
• Mr. Le Nhat Khoa Nguyen - Deputy Director of Finance
• Mr. Phan Viet Anh Viet Vuong - Deputy Director of Research and Development
• And representatives from various departments and divisions.

This cooperation relationship aims to promote applied research and enhance the quality of healthcare human resources. Specifically, the two parties will collaborate on interdisciplinary research projects and apply the results in medical facilities. To bridge academia and practice, Wembley Medical will host UHS students for visits, observation, internships, and recruitment; simultaneously, they will work with the university to train specialized personnel for research and technology transfer. Conversely, UHS will support postgraduate training for Wembley Medical staff and participate in the scientific appraisal of the company's new products. Furthermore, Wembley Medical commits to sponsoring educational tools and supporting UHS research projects, contributing to consolidating the university's leading position in the field of medical technology.
