I. Job Description:
- Sell medical equipment, devices, and consumables to hospitals and clinics.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and support exhibitions and conferences.
- Gather information about the market, competitors, products, and customers.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and hospitals and healthcare centers.
- Identify new customers, maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, and understand their needs and expectations to provide timely business solutions.
- Develop plans to increase customer interest and usage of the company's products.
- Introduce company products to establish strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Advise customers on suitable product choices.
- Receive and process orders according to company procedures, place orders, deliver goods, and conduct acceptance tests.
- Receive and handle customer complaints regarding product quality, delivery time, and payments.
- Regularly attend company meetings, report data, and update on new product knowledge.
II. Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the cardiovascular, orthopedics, or medical supplies field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, clear and pleasant speaking voice, strong customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, quick-learning, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, etc.
- Conversational English.

IV. Work Location:
Ho Chi Minh City: Lot I-10-7, D7 Street, High-Tech Park, Long Thanh My Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
V. Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
- Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), alternating weeks.
